How do I sign up for this event?
Using the registration form at ww.eae.es on the Alumni tab in the section on the Annual Alumni Meeting 2017 and through our newsletters.  

Is there a deadline for confirming attendance at the event? 
As places are limited, registration would be closed when the capacity for the event is complete.

How many guests can attend with me? 
You can attend with one other person, and you must sign your guest in when you make your own registration. 

What time does the event start?
The event starts at 4 p.m., but you must come one hour earlier to do the check-in. 

What is the date of the event?
The Annual Alumni Meeting 2017 will be held on Friday 3 November in the city of Madrid.

Where will it be held?
The meeting will be held at the Box of Honour of the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium in Madrid, address: Calle Padre Damián 1, 28036 Madrid. The entrance is alongside the Real Madrid Store.

How do I get to the meeting?
We recommend coming by taxi or public transport. The nearest metro stations are Santiago Bernabéu (line 10), Colombia (line 8 and 9) and Nuevos Ministerios (lines 6, 8 and 10). The recommended bus lines are the 27, 40, 126, 147 and 150. 

 

 

How long will the event last?
The event starts at 4 p.m. and ends at 8 p.m. There will then be a cocktail until 9 p.m. 

 

 

Will it be promoted on the social networks?
The event will be promoted via our Twitter, Facebook and Instagram social profiles. The event's official hashtag is #EAEALUMNI17
