EVENT COMMUNICATION

How do I confirm my attendance?
Via the Campus Virtual, or on this link.

Is there a final date by which I have to confirm my attendance?
The final date for registration is 16 June, at 12 PM. After this date, all queries must be sent to graduacionmadrid@eae.es

How many guests can go with me?
You have two invitations for people to accompany you at the ceremony, you just have to indicate this when registering via the Campus Virtual.

Could I have more guests?
As you know, places are limited so we cannot guarantee that you can bring a third guest to the graduation. However, tell us at graduacionmadrid@eae.es and we will contact you once registration is complete, if any places are free

If I need a visa, what documentation do I have to take to the consulate?
You DO need the invitation to get a visa, you can contact your Academic Coordinator or write to graduacionmadrid@eae.es

What is the date of the event?
The students’ graduation at the Madrid campus of the EAE Business School will be held on Thursday 22 June

Where will it be held?
At the Pabellón Madrid Arena, Avenida Principal, 14 – 28011 Madrid. The venue is inside the Casa de Campo fairground, alongside the Pabellón de Cristal.

How do I get to the complex?
We recommend you come by taxi or public transport. The nearest underground stops are Alto de Extremadura (line 6) and Lago (line 10). The bus lines stopping nearby are 31, 33, 36, 39 and 65. If you come by car, there are two free car parks around the Pabellón: check accesses.

How long does the event last?
Students and guests must be at the Pabellón Madrid Arena by 5 PM. The ceremony starts at 6 PM and entered 9 PM and will be followed by a cocktail until 10 PM.

How will I know where I have to sit? And my guests?
When students arrive at the complex, they must necessarily go to the check-in at the entrance to find their seat. This seat is marked with a label “Reserved for Students”. Relatives and guests must sit on the seats reserved for “Guests” around the upper ring of the hall. The organisation team will be available around the complex to answer any queries and tell you where you have to go at all times.

Is the certificate given on the day of the graduation?
No, the certificate is sent by registered mail during the days following the ceremony. An academic band will be given to each graduate at the event.

When and how are the academic bands collected?
The event agenda will give the timetable of the collection. When it is time to collect the Academic Band, the students will be named in groups of ten and shall follow the indications of the organisation and the plan on each seat at all times.

Can the event be followed live by Internet?
The Graduation Ceremony is broadcast direct via Internet. As the date approaches, we will share the address where the broadcast can be followed. You can give it to relatives and friends and share it on social networks. It is important that they should connect ten minutes before the event starts.
