EAE Business School (www.eae.es) is launching its Master in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, a full-time program designed for professionals from different areas of knowledge who have an entrepreneurial spirit and who are looking for specific training to put successful business projects into practice. The Master starts in October 2017.
AWARD FOR ENTREPRENEURSHIP, THE ALUMNI EMPRENDE PROGRAM AND THE RESIDENTIAL PLACEMENT IN THE USA
The Master in Entrepreneurship and Innovation is structured into 70 ECTS credits divided into three large academic modules (Business Management Tools, Entrepreneurship and Innovation), completing a Minor and developing a final project or business plan, which may involve setting up a new business division in an existing company or creating a startup.
One of the key features of the Program is that the business projects developed on the Master are evaluated not only by the team of lecturers that sit on the academic panel, but also by a panel that decides who should win EAE's Entrepreneurship and Innovation Award, along with a prize of 10,000 euros. In addition, students will have option, at the end of their tuition program, to take a two-week residential placement at Pace University (New York), at an additional cost.
Other key aspects of the Master include the tuition sessions on the Program, which are based around innovation workshops and experiences, as well as conferences given by highly-respected and successful entrepreneurs from different sectors (IT, eCommerce and startups in general), in which students can get direct feedback on their own ideas. Moreover, students have the option to participate in the activities on EAE's Alumni Emprende Program, as well as accessing organizations specializing in the entrepreneurial model.
The program is directed by Ignacio Santamartina, Financial Director at Berkeley Minera Spain, Project Director at IDIMAS Gestión, and Director of the Fundación Bases, a non-profit organziation specializing in the entrepreneurial world. Santamartina has a European Master in Law and Economics from the European Union and has completed the Executive Development Program at the Universidad de Salamanca. As well as being a registered Project Management Professional (PMP), he is also specifically qualified in Foreign Trade (ICEX), Corporate Finance and Executive Negotiation.
