Alejandro Alegret has a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Nottingham Trent University, a Baccalaureate in International Management Studies from the Hogeeschool Zeeland and a University Diploma in Business Sciences from the Universitat de Barcelona. Moreover, he has a Postgraduate Degree in Executive Development from IESE and a PhD in Marketing and Distribution. He currently works as a consultant specialising in Sales, Distribution and Business Development projects.

Xavier Arroyo has a PhD in Business Studies from the Universitat de Barcelona, specialising in Online Marketing. He is the Director of the Centre for Research on Advanced Marketing and a lecturer at the Universitat de Barcelona. He is a member of various research groups and international special focus networks, such as REDCID (Ibero-American Network for Competitiveness, Innovation and Development). He has made a number of important contributions to international scientific journals, as well as having published several book chapters related to his commercial and marketing research. He is passionate about technology in both the professional and personal sphere. As such, he is involved in business projects businesses to enhance their activity online, while his main line of research is adapting Information and Communication Technologies in companies.

Francesc Rufas Gregori has a Bachelor Degree in Economic Sciences from the Universitat de Barcelona, a Master in Marketing Management from the University of La Verne (California) and an MBA from the Universidad Camilo José Cela. He is a specialist in Strategic Marketing, with 20 years’ experience as a lead consultant at Coopers and, currently, at his own company, Enginy Assessors. For many years, he has collaborated with several journals and publications, writing articles related to the world of internationalisation, trends in marketing, franchises and retail, etc. He has been a presenter at 22 international congresses and seminars in 9 countries.

Professor Juan Morillo is Doctor of Economics and Business Management and Administration. He qualified as a Chemical Engineer at IQS (Institut Químic de Sarrià, Barcelona) and obtained a Masters in Economics from the URJC (Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, Madrid). In additional, he has completed the Sales Management Program at ESADE (Escuela Superior de Business Administration and Management).

Dr. Morillo has 10 years’ experience working in management positions in the Sales and Marketing departments of multinationals. He specialises in commercial strategies and running sales teams. He currently works as a business consultant in Sales and Strategy, as well as running training courses for companies.

In addition to his work as a consultant, Dr. Morillo is a professor and researcher for various universities and business schools. Dr. Morillo has written numerous research papers, several books on economics and business, and has taken part in international conferences.

  

Jaume Muñoz

Jaume Muñoz has a Bachelor Degree in Economic and Business Sciences and a Master in Business Administration. He currently works as the Program Director in the Marketing, Sales and Human Resources Departments at EAE Business School, and General Manager of Customer Focused Management S.L. He worked as an HR Development Manager at Lear Corporation for 12 years. He is also the CEO of Liberty Voz.

Filip Dabovic has a Master in International Management from EAE Business School and a BBA in International Business and Management from Northwood University. He currently works as the WW Pricing and Strategy Lead at HP Inc. His previous positions include WW Business Manager and Current Business Manager-IPS at HP. He has also worked as a volunteer for the Individual Athlete Ironman 70.3 Barcelona 2013, 2014 and 2016 for Make-A-Wish Spain.

From Denmark, Inge Larsen has a Master in International Business Development from the University of Southern Denmark. She has lived in Denmark, Germany, Peru and Spain, where she has gathered a wealth of experience in a range of industrial sectors, such as food and beverages, textiles, technology and education, in organisations ranging from small companies to multinationals. She has also worked on several business consultancy projects. Alongside her professional activities, Inge Larsen has been teaching on courses on Bachelor Degree and Master programs at a number of business schools in Peru and Spain since 2008, becoming the Academic Coordinator at one of these institutions.

Having a degree in Social Communication and a Master in Business Communication, her interest has always involved integrating the power of the communication in our daily lives, from a social and managerial perspective. As such, as a researcher, her concerns are related to developing and understanding the role of narratives, conversations, rhetoric, discourse and other social activities in the development of management practices and their performance in different types of organisations.

She has a PhD in organisation and business management, and the subject of her doctoral research was strategy as practice in Spanish Higher Education Institutions, the analysis of which focused on the narrative of academic managers regarding the strengths and weaknesses experienced in strategy making.

Therefore, her interests are related to the field of university management and governance, management tools, strategy implementation, management control, strategy as practice, narrative and discourse theory and methods, conversational capital, qualitative methodologies, innovation, modernisation and internationalisation strategies and policies.

She is also a collaborator in the development and diffusion of the concept of "Capital Conversational - KCv", a project which provides a conceptual framework that highlights the relevance of creating a platform for the proliferation of "conversation" within organisations.
