Achievement as the result of a committed talent is a sure sign of a will that goes being the simple act of doing, the will that, through innovation, we achieve efficiency and become more effective in our work as a result. In companies, as a matter or pure continuity, it also requires people to a certain extent. Without them, effort vanishes and value is lost. Achievement, without underestimating the effort that, despite being committed, still falls to achieve it, is embodied in the need for continuity through time.
As such, results orientation and, in parallel, personal effectiveness are fundamental pillars of soft skills.
