EAE’s Master en desarrollo directivo, inteligencia emocional y Coaching equips participants with the tools, resources, skills and competences required to perform managerial duties based on the main variables of Coaching and the development of Emotional Intelligence, applied to any business project involving the management of teams of people.
This involves the development of all of the relational, psychological and humanistic variables that define the optimal personality in terms of modern leadership: empathy, outgoingness, optimism and emotional self-management. All of this has a single objective: to enhance the relationship between the members of a team with respect to the perspective of contributing value and striving to achieve specific results.

The Master in Management Development, Emotional Intelligence and Coaching is designed to ready students to achieve the ICF Certificate.

The Master in Directive Development, Emotional Intelligence and Coaching is designed under the quality standards of the ICF. Therefore all students who so wish, when they have all of the criteria demanded by the institution, can tender their credential directly with the ICF in the portfolio modality
The program includes the performance of outdoor activities in which different coaching skills are worked on in suitable and inspiring environments.

Plan of Directive Development, Emotional Intelligence and Coaching
To do this, they must do a Final Master Project based on the application of all knowledge, skills and competencies on emotional Intelligence and Directive Development assimilated on the master’s degree.
On the Business Networking cycle, students will attend a series of meetings with professionals from large companies and other EAE students, thanks to which the participants have the chance to expand their network of professional contacts.
Direct contact with the sector
EAE is a member of the main human resource management and professional associations in Spain: APD (Association for Progress in Direction), AEDIPE (Spanish Association of People Management and Development) and AEDRH (Association of Human Resource Managers).
Soft Skills program
The Soft Skills program is intended to help participating professionals complete their training with the strategic mobilisation of their personal skills. It includes ten independent monthly workshops organised along the Emotional Skills Model.
Major + Minor Anglo-Saxon methodology
EAE has started up the North American Major and Minor methodological system for the first time in Spain, in the place of the traditional optional subject method. The introduction of this new system is a result of comparing the current methods operating in our country, which offers students tens of unconnected optional subjects, and the North American method, which seeks greater benefits for employability.
