Project Management Plan
The master’s degree final work consists of preparing a project to allow the foundations acquired in all of the groups of management processes and knowledge areas of the discipline to be applied within the framework of the PMBOK® Guide, the most important international standard in Project Management. The main aim is to apply the acquired learning in a real or fictitious project to gain specific experience on the most common situations occurring in a project.
Soft Skills program
The Soft Skills program is intended to help participating professionals complete their training with the strategic mobilisation of their personal skills. It includes ten independent monthly workshops organised along the Emotional Skills Model.
Major + Minor
EAE has started up the North American Major and Minor methodological system for the first time in Spain, in the place of the traditional optional subject method.
At the end of the study period, students will have the chance to do a two-week residential stay at the University of Texas in San Antonio - UTSA (Texas, USA). This residential stay comes at an additional cost.
