This Master is taught completely in Spanish
The challenges currently facing managers in a fast-moving global world mean that they have to constantly reinvent their strategies, tools and capacities, all with a common goal, which is to fulfil the manager's obligation of developing competitive advantages for their organisation.
But what kind of advantages? The belief that competitive edge can be maintained in time is now a thing of the past. The uncertain environments, the continuous changes in consumer demands and greater international competition mean that in order to create value in the organisation, managers have to be capable of configuring the strategic resources creatively and innovatively. Innovation and constant change have become the constant that a company must implement in its daily work in order to maintain competitive positions of leadership.
EAE's Programa de Desarrollo Directivo (PDD) (Manager Development Program) is intended to provide participating managers with the necessary knowledge and skills to lead the organisation to a unique position in its surroundings. The PDD therefore seeks managers capable of managing and enhancing the organisation's resources in the most efficient and effective way possible. To do this, the tools and skills will be developed that allow creative and innovative strategies to be designed, formulated and implemented to position the organisation as a leading company in both its sector and in its community.
