EAE’s Máster en Dirección de Marketing y Gestión Comercial (Master in Marketing and Commercial Management) is designed to equip professionals to be able to turn market opportunities and situations into competitive advantages for the company. Professionals with a solid training in both marketing and commercial management, with insight into the latest marketing trends and an in-depth knowledge of the organisational aspects that generate corporate value, a key factor for enabling the growth of any organisation.

In addition, the Business Game and creation of the Marketing Plan on the Master program give participants the chance to gain insight into two fundamental tools for the strategic development of modern companies.

The Marketing Plan is carried out throughout the program, and is the central core of the master’s degree. Developed on a real business situation and by a team, the Marketing Plan allows participants to apply their knowledge and work developed in the classroom, thus enhancing their strategic view and enterprising spirit.

Outdoor Training Program

In order to promote the development of key skills and competencies in a manager, activities are developed in a group that allow identifying and overcoming the weaknesses, simultaneously consolidating the strengths.

On the Business Networking cycle, students will attend a series of meetings with professionals from large companies and other EAE students, thanks to which the participants have the chance to expand their network of professional contacts

EAE has started up the North American Major and Minor methodological system for the first time in Spain, in the place of the traditional optional subject method.

Soft Skills program

The Soft Skills program is intended to help participating professionals complete their training with the strategic mobilisation of their personal skills. It includes ten independent monthly workshops organised along the Emotional Skills Model.
