The Professional Careers service is focused on guiding and accompanying students to achieve their professional goals and matching their expectations and interests with the jobs market.
International Talent Program
A program aimed at students seeking international professional development, in order to give them maximum visibility amongst the multinational companies collaborating with EAE. Activities are therefore organised such as the Employment Workshops, interviews with head hunters, and access is given to international selection consultants around the world.
Program in collaboration with Babson College (Boston)
The program is given in collaboration with Babson College through the “Babson Collaborative” program, of which EAE is a member. Babson College offers the best programs in the world in entrepreneurship, according to the general benchmark rankings like the Financial Times, and according to the specialised rankings such as those of Entrepreneur Magazine and The Princeton Review.
Workshops, experiences and conferences
The program sessions are organised around workshops and experiences of innovation. Conferences are organised by entrepreneurs of recognised prestige and success in different sectors (IT, e-commerce and start-ups in general), in which students can receive direct feedback on their own ideas.
Entrepreneurship and Innovation Award
The projects are evaluated by the team of teachers on the academic tribunal, but also by a tribunal that decides on the concession of the EAE Entrepreneurship and Innovation Award, with €10,000.
Development of an entrepreneurship project
The master’s degree final work consists of developing a Business project, which might consist of the creation of a new business division in an existing company or the creation of a start-up.
On the Business Networking cycle, students will attend a series of meetings with professionals from large companies and other EAE students, thanks to which the participants have the chance to expand their network of professional contacts.
Major + Minor
EAE has started up the North American Major and Minor methodological system for the first time in Spain, in the place of the traditional optional subject method.
EAE’s Soft Skills program is intended to help the participating professions complete their training with the strategic mobilisation of their personal skills. It includes ten independent monthly workshops organised along the Emotional Skills Model.
