In today's business environment, managers are required to have a high level of technical skills, a strategic business vision and greater skills in the field of talent management. Team managers and, ultimately, managers of people, of the new generations, face leadership needs that require managers who are talented developers, capable of proposing motivating and enriching challenges.
In parallel, this need to manage talent generates new professional profiles based on their identification, on the evaluation of areas for potential improvement and on the implementation of activities to optimise the skills that this talent has to reach its goals.
