Nowadays, a significant proportion of projects are set in dynamic environments, with a large component of innovation, in such a way that changes are not seen as a threat, but rather an opportunity to develop and learn.
Agile Methodologies are now a reality and a requirement in the modern business community. Having a firm command of these methodologies in a competitive necessity for Project Managers in the 21st Century. There is a growing number of projects that require an agile approach to management, as the predictive or waterfall framework is no longer effective. With this in mind, this Master in Agile Methodologies and Product Development gives participants an in-depth insight into the agile development of new products through high-performing, innovation-oriented teams, regardless of the sector or market.
The practical application of the foundations and principles of the agile philosophy will, to a large extent, set the agenda for the Master program, which includes gamification, as well as the case study methodology as a key feature, in order to gain an understanding of the agile dynamic in real business environments, in which the participants on the Master themselves operate.

Prepare for the Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) accreditation of the Project Management Institute.
Project Server and Sharepoint
The two Microsoft solutions are used for Knowledge Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and the development of the Project Management Office (Agile PMO).
To complement their previous knowledge of predictive waterfall methodologies, the Master participants will round off their training and experience with an in-depth insight into Agile Methodologies, which will significantly enhance their versatility in the professional field.
Moreover, the participants on the Master who do not have any experience in Project Management will have the opportunity to discover the Agile Framework of Reference, giving them fast access to jobs for which specific prior training in Agile Methodologies is required.
The tuition plan for the Master is developed in collaboration with the Advisory Board of the Operations area, which is formed of 25 professionals from leading companies such as PepsiCo, Nike, DHL, Danone, Accenture, Fujitsu, Grupo Planeta, Mango and Grupo Puig, among others.

For the first time ever in Spain, EAE has implemented the North American methodological system based on Majors and Minors, which replaces the traditional method of choosing elective courses.
