EAE Business School has once again received recognition in the Merco Talent Ranking 2017, the monitor body that ranks the best 100 Spanish companies to work for and which boast the brightest talents. In this edition, EAE Business School ranks in 57th position, in the general classification headed by Inditex, Repsol and BBVA. Moreover, EAE holds third place in the ranking of the best Business Schools to work.
Each year, the Merco Talent Ranking analyses which are the top companies to work for and which best optimize their corporate talent management. EAE has ranked among the Top 100 Spanish and Ibero-American companies to work for since 2007. Every year, applications are submitted from over 700 companies but only 100 are picked to enter the ranking, with EAE having been on the list for ten years in a row.
The mission of the Merco Talent Ranking is to create and disseminate a monitor that rigorously and thoroughly identifies the best companies to work for in Spain and Ibero-America and which optimizes corporate talent management. The ranking's methodology takes three values into account in terms of the reputation of a good employee (Employment Quality, Employer Branding and Internal Reputation) and evaluates them based on 15 variables (salary, professional development, motivation and recognition, middle-management relations, work/life balance, image in society, talent acquisition, recommendation, business success, sector attractiveness, ethical and professional values, equality and diversity, senior management leadership, identification with the business project and pride of belonging to the company).
Moreover, the ranking uses a multi-stakeholder methodology using the analysis and evaluation of the company's own employees, Human Resources experts, members of the general public and alumni. Merco Talent Spain is also audited by KPMG's Independent Review Report in accordance with regulation ISAE 3000.
