On Sunday 19th October, the tenth edition of the Carrera de la Mujer (Women’s Race) was held in Barcelona, to coincide with the International Day of the Fight Against Breast Cancer and which set a new record with the participation of 25,000 women. This charity initiative is held every year and includes several races in 8 Spanish cities, on this occasion Valencia, Madrid, Vitoria, Gijón, A Coruña, Seville, Barcelona and Zaragoza.
This year, as the School has announced on several occasions, EAE Business School has collaborated with DKV Seguros, the official sponsor of the event, by organizing a number of seminars for women entrepreneurs, run by the School’s lecturer Lluís Soldevila.
The last of the seminars given by Soldevila took place in the pavilion of the Fira de Barcelona on Friday 17th October, where the runners came to pick up their number bibs and had the opportunity to take part in a range of activities organized exclusively for them. The seminars organized by EAE and DKV were completely free of charge for participants who had signed up for the Carrera de la Mujer. In the seminars, they had the chance to hear some tips for becoming high-performance profiles.
