The Master in Project Management Part-Time equips you with the most useful tools for managing projects and leading teams. This practical program gives you access to the best practices in different sectors and the resources of the Project Management Institute (PMI), as a Student Member.

The figure of Project Manager has taken on a key importance in organizations and companies of all sizes, as they play a critical role in terms of designing efficient business strategies. Moreover, as well as having extensive knowledge of Project Management, Project Managers also need to have highly developed personal skills and performance competencies.

Participants who successfully complete the Master have the option of sitting the Project Management Institute (PMI) examinations to be certified as a Project Manager Professional (PMP)®.

RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM IN THE USA

At the end of the tuition period, you have the option of taking part in a two-week residential program on “Practical Models in Project Management” at the University of Texas in San Antonio (USA).

PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION

On completion of the Master, you have the option of sitting the Project Management Institute (PMI) examinations to be certified as a Project Manager Professional (PMP)®.
