Creating a Marketing Plan is a key element of the University Master in Marketing Management. Outdoor Training Program
EAE’s University Master in Human Resources and Talent Management culminates in a People Management Plan, a team project tutored right from the beginning. Based on the current reality of a real or fictitious company, the students design a set of strategies that help the company to achieve the objectives defined in the projects, demonstrated the skills, competences and knowledge acquired on the program.

EAE is a member of the Spanish Marketing Association (AME), a non-profit organization that strives to increase awareness and recognition of the market profession and its activity, as well as the Spanish Association of the Digital Economy (ADIGITAL), the largest multi-sector association in the field.
Within the framework of our Business Networking program, students have the chance to attend a series of meeting with professionals from large companies, as well as other EAE students, which give participants the opportunity to expand their network of professional contacts.
Major + Minor
EAE is the first institution in Spain to implement the North American methodology of Majors and Minors, which replaces the traditional method of choosing elective courses.
The aim of EAE’s Soft Skills program is to enable participating professionals to round off their training with the strategic mobilization of their personal skills. The program consists of ten independent monthly workshops structured in line with the Emotional Competence Model.
International Residential Program
At the end of the tuition period, students have the option of taking part in a two-week residential program at Kean University (New York). This program is available for students at an extra cost.

Through this initiative, we fulfil the needs of the entrepreneurs and investors, as well as our students and researchers. EAE Business School has been affiliated to the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya since the 1998-1999 academic year to run Master and Bachelor Degree programs adapted to the European Higher Education Area (EHEA), signed in Bologna.
As a result, students who successful complete the Master’s Tuition Plan receivethe official university qualification of University Master in Marketing Management from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
