This was the fifth edition of the Online Employment Forum, which set new records in terms of participation and the number of employment offers posted.

21 countries with employment opportunities
The Forum had a greater presence on the social networks than in previous editions. The hashtag #foroeaeobs used over the days of the event reached more than 223,000people and gained more than 900,000tweets, according to Twitter Reach.
As many as 28 national and international companies posted 515 employment and internship offers on the forum, with opportnities to work in 21 companies. Over the course of the seven-day event, from 29th September to 5th October, the Forum received a total of 37,172 visits, smashing the previous year's record of 20,151. The companies also received 9,600 curriculums from current and former students of EAE. Another record to be set was the number of chat sessions available to contact the companies directly, with 52 sessions scheduled, in which participants spoke actively with the selection managers, applied for the offers posted and left their CVs at each of the stands.

The participating companies were: P&G, Nestlé España, Pepe Jeans, Ernst & Young, Grupo Planeta, BEIERSDORF, Decathlon, Dell Spain, Philip Morris International, Novartis, Everis, Banco Mediolanum, Samsung Electronics ZL, Grupo Congente, Voyer International Mexico, Europcar, WINCHE Redes Comerciales, Talent Search People, Quilosa Selena Iberia, Carrefour Property, Audax Energía and CEFESA.
These 22 companies posted 455 offers of employment and internships on the Forum, with opportunities in 18 different countries. Over the seven-day period of activities between 30th September and 6th October, the Forum received 20,151 visitors, practically twice as many as in the 2013 edition. The recruiting companies collected 6,800 curriculums from current and former students of EAE.
Moreover, the companies organised 45 chat sessions to give participants the opportunity to speak directly to the selection managers of the participating companies, as well as with other company profiles (marketing, finance, etc.). They could also apply for the positions offered or leave their CV.
Lastly, the Forum’s hashtag, #foroeaeobs, reached over 36,000 people and gained a total of 300,000 tweets, according to Tweet Reach.
Online Employment Forum 2013, a great success with participating companies and students
The 19 companies participating posted 373 offers of employment and internships on the Forum, with opportunities in 16 different countries. Over the seven-day period of activities between 1st to 7th October, the Forum received 12,700 visitors and the recruiting companies collected more than 5,700 curriculums from current and former students of EAE.
The participating companies (Samsung Electronics Latinoamerica, Pepe Jeans London, BDF Beiersdorf, Endesa, Orangina Schweppes, Mondelez International, Dell Computer, Grupo Planeta, Decathlon, Phillip Morris International, Europcar, IES Consulting, SN Talent, Catalana Occidente, Grupo Congente Venezuela & Panamá, Voyer International México, Grupo Roble, Winche Redes Comerciales and Talent Search People) ) organised 39 chat sessions in which participants had the opportunity to speak to the selection managers of the companies taking part, as well as to apply for the offers posted and leave their CV.
Online Employment Forum 2012, exceeding the previous year's number of participants
A total of 185 offers of employment and internships were posted, with opportunities in 12 different countries. Over the course of the Forum, we received almost 5,800 curriculums and the recruiting companies received more than 4,500.
In this second edition of the Online Employment Forum, a total of 18 national and international companies took part, including General Electric, Kellogg, Xerox, Grupo Planeta, Kraft Foods, Hotusa Hotels, Europcar, Vodafone, Nivea (Grupo Beiersdorf BDF), Pepe Jeans, Dell, Grupo Santander, Miquel Alimentació, IES Consulting, DOGA, Social Media Job, AHP Middle Management and SN Talent.
All of the visitors had the chance to participate in one of the 30 chat sessions organised, in which they could speak to the selection managers, apply for the offers posted and leave their CV.
Online Employment Forum 2011 More than 5,000 visitors take part in the Employment Forum
In total, 178 offers of employment and internships were posted, with opportunities in 17 different countries, including the United States, Germany, Ireland, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Colombia and Portugal.
Profiles related to marketing and sales were in greatest demand by the recruiting companies, and others related to technical and technological areas, such as project management and business intelligence.
Current and former students also had the chance to speak directly to the selection managers. The chat sessions of Orangina Schweppes, Grupo Planeta, Vestas and Novartis were particularly active.
This online initiative forms part of the commitment to responsible education that EAE has made to the United Nations, which will enable the School’s environmental management to be improved with a reduction in CO2 and paper, something inherent to the particular nature of the Online Business School, the first such institution in Spanish. For the first time, the current and former students of the two schools will be able to participate wherever they are in the world, making it easier for the participating companies to cover vacancies on all five continents.
